Credits are used to access AI-powered features,like try-on. Most actions use 1 credit, while some advanced features like color analysis report relied on complex models may require more. Credit costs are always shown before use.

Unused subscription credits expire at the end of each billing cycle and do not roll over to the next cycle.

Yes. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle (Monthly or Yearly) unless canceled before the renewal date.

Yes! You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. After cancellation, you’ll retain credits and access until the end of your current billing period. (No future charges will occur after cancellation.)

Each pack contains a set number of credits you can use for AI Styling Studio features. They remain available until used, and can be used alongside subscription credits.

Subscription credits are included with an active subscription plan and are refreshed at the start of each billing cycle. Unused subscription credits expire at the end of the billing period and do not roll over.
Pay-as-you-go credits are purchased separately through one-time credit packs. These credits do not expire and can be used at any time.
Both types of credits can be used for the same AI-powered features, unless explicitly stated otherwise. When both types of credits are available, credits from the plan with the higher remaining credit balance are consumed first.

Due to the nature of digital services and the immediate delivery of AI-generated content, purchases are generally non-refundable once content has been accessed or credits have been used.
Refund requests may be considered within 24 hours of the initial purchase, provided that no credits have been used and no generated content has been accessed.
Subscription renewals, repeat purchases, promotional or discounted purchases are not eligible for refunds. Subscriptions can be canceled at any time to prevent future charges.
In limited cases, refunds may be granted for verified technical issues or where required by applicable law.

We do not store full payment card details on our servers. All payment information is processed and securely handled by our payment providers in accordance with their security and compliance standards. We accept major credit and debit cards through secure third-party payment providers, including Stripe and PayPal.

No. An account is not required to complete a purchase. After a successful transaction, we strongly recommend signing in to ensure that purchased entitlements (such as reports, credits, or subscription access) are properly associated with your user account and can be securely accessed or recovered if needed. Authentication is handled through secure, passwordless methods, including Google sign-in and email-based verification codes.
