AIcolorAnalysis ("we", "us", "our", or the "Platform") operates the website aicoloranalysis.ai and provides an AI-powered color analysis service (the "Service"). We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data. This Privacy Policy describes what information we collect, how we use and share it, your rights, and how to contact us.
By accessing or using the Service you accept the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with the terms of this Privacy Policy, you should discontinue use of the Service.
Information We Collect
We collect and process several types of information in order to provide and improve the Service. This section explains what we collect and how we obtain it.
Information You Provide
- Uploaded images (User Content). When you submit a photo for color analysis, you provide that image to the Service. The image is used to produce Analysis Results. We do not store or retain original uploaded photos in persistent storage; images are processed ephemerally (see "How We Use Your Information" and "Data Retention").
- Account information. If you create an account or provide contact details (e.g., email address) for newsletters or support, we collect those details.
- Communications. Information you provide when you contact us (support requests, feedback, or complaints).
- Payment information. If you purchase Paid Services, payment details will be collected by our third-party payment processors; we do not store full payment card details on our servers.
Automatically Collected Information
- Usage and technical data. When you use the Service we automatically collect certain technical and usage information such as request timestamps, API or page request logs, error reports, device type, browser type and version, operating system, and anonymized or truncated IP addresses. We collect this information to operate, secure, and improve the Service.
- Performance and analytics. We may collect basic analytics about how the Service is used (e.g., feature usage, session duration) through internal systems and third-party analytics providers.
Information from Other Sources
- Third-party integrations. If you link or integrate the Service with third-party services (for example, sign-on providers, cloud inference services, or other integrations), we may receive information from those services in accordance with their terms.
- Public sources. We may combine data we obtain from public sources with data we collect directly for legitimate product, security, or compliance purposes.
How We Use Your Information
We use collected data to provide, maintain, and improve the Service, and for other business purposes, consistent with applicable law. Specifically, we may use information to:
- Provide the Service, process your image uploads, and deliver Analysis Results.
- Operate, secure, and maintain the Service (including troubleshooting, debugging, and preventing fraud or abuse).
- Improve, personalize, and develop features, models, and algorithms (using aggregated and/or de-identified data—see below).
- Communicate with you about your account, purchases, updates, and administrative messages.
- Provide customer support and respond to your inquiries.
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.
- For any other purpose to which you consent.
Important note about uploaded images:- Uploaded photos are used only to perform the requested analysis and generate Outputs.
- The Platform follows an ephemeral processing model: uploaded images are processed in memory or in short-lived caches and are not written to persistent storage.
- Images are deleted or overwritten immediately after analysis completes, unless you expressly opt to store or save a copy (for example, by creating an account and choosing to save history).
- If we ever change this practice we will provide notice and obtain any required consents.
Disclosure of Your Information
We do not sell personal information. We may disclose information in the following categories:
Service Providers
- We may share information with vendors and service providers who perform services on our behalf (e.g., hosting, security, analytics, payment processing, AI inference providers). We require such providers to process data only on our instructions and to implement appropriate security measures.
- When we use third-party AI/cloud inference providers, we contractually require them not to retain user images or to treat them as ephemeral, to the extent feasible; however, users should review third-party terms where posted.
Business Partners and Integrations
If you choose to link or integrate your account with third-party services, we may share relevant information with those services to enable the integration. Any information shared is governed by the third party's privacy practices.
Legal Compliance and Protection
We may disclose data when required by law, regulation, court order, or governmental request; to respond to lawful requests by public authorities; to prevent, detect, investigate, or address fraud, security, or technical issues; or to protect the rights, property or safety of the Platform, our users, or others.
Corporate Transfers
In the event of a merger, acquisition, reorganization, sale of assets, or insolvency, user information may be transferred as part of the transaction. We will require any successor to honor the commitments in this Privacy Policy.
Aggregated or Anonymized Data
We may use and disclose aggregated or de-identified information that does not identify you. Aggregated or anonymized data may be used for analytics, research, product improvement, or shared publicly.
International Data Transfers
The Platform operates globally and may process and store information on servers located in different countries. By using the Service, you consent to the transfer of your information to countries that may have different data protection laws than your country of residence.
Where required by law, we implement appropriate safeguards for international transfers (for example, standard contractual clauses, other lawful transfer mechanisms, and contractual protections with processors). If you have questions about transfer mechanisms applicable to your data, please contact us (see "Contact Us").
Cookies and Tracking Technologies
We and our service providers use cookies, web beacons, local storage, and similar technologies to operate the Service, to provide basic functionality (e.g., session management), and to obtain analytics and performance data.
You may be able to control cookies through your browser settings; however, blocking certain cookies may affect the functionality of the Service.
We may also allow trusted third-party analytics and performance providers to use cookies and similar technologies as described in their respective privacy policies.
Data Retention
- Uploaded images: Under our standard operating model, uploaded images are processed ephemerally and are not retained in persistent storage. Temporary images may exist in memory or short-lived caches only for the duration required to complete analysis and are deleted immediately thereafter. If you explicitly choose to save analyses or create an account with history, images/outputs you elect to save will be retained per your settings and as described at the time of saving.
- Analysis Results: We may retain the Analysis Results (the outputs generated from an image) associated with an account or otherwise saved by you. If Results are linked to an account, they will be retained until you delete them or your account is terminated, subject to applicable laws.
- Logs and technical data: We retain technical logs, error reports, and analytics for operational and security purposes for a limited period (for example, up to 30–90 days), unless longer retention is required for legal or security reasons.
- Aggregated/Anonymized data: Aggregated or de-identified data may be retained indefinitely.
We will delete or anonymize personal data when it is no longer necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, unless legal obligations require otherwise.

Subject to applicable law, you may have certain rights with respect to your personal information, including:
- Access. You may request access to the personal data we hold about you.
- Correction. You may request that inaccurate or incomplete personal data be corrected.
- Deletion. You may request deletion of your personal data (subject to applicable retention obligations). Note: deletion of saved Analysis Results or account data may be irreversible.
- Restriction/Objection. You may request restriction of processing or object to certain processing activities.
- Portability. Where applicable, you may request a machine-readable copy of personal data you provided to us.
- Withdraw consent. To the extent processing is based on consent, you may withdraw consent (this will not affect the lawfulness of prior processing).
- Opt-out of marketing. You may opt out of marketing communications.
- California Residents (CCPA/CPRA). If you are a California resident, you may have additional rights including the right to know, delete, and opt out of sale (we do not sell personal information). To exercise your rights, please contact us.

Security
We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect data against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure. Measures may include encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS), access controls, monitoring, and secure development practices.
Important: No system is perfectly secure. While we strive to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security. In the event of a security incident affecting your personal data, we will comply with applicable breach notification laws.
Children's Privacy
- Users under 13: The Service is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. If we learn that a child under 13 has provided personal information, we will take steps to delete such information.
- Users aged 13–17: If you are between 13 and the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, you may use the Service only with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian. Parents or guardians may contact us to request removal of their child's data.
- Parental consent mechanisms: Where required by law (e.g., for users located in jurisdictions subject to COPPA), we will obtain verifiable parental consent prior to collecting personal information from children under the age at which parental consent is required.
This policy aligns with the Eligibility terms in our Terms of Service.
Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will post the revised Policy with an updated effective date and, where appropriate, provide notice (for example via email or in-service notification). Continued use of the Service after changes indicates acceptance of the revised Policy.
